The one I plan on talking about though is Boruto Uzumaki, the son of Naruto, and definitely the strongest person in the series whether people want to believe that or not. There are several reasons for him being that way and here are just some:
Boruto actually is the first and only person, so far, to have an eye called the Jougan. One which allows him to see the flow of chakra similar to a Byakugan and see its danger points to stop the flow of it, however he is also able to use it to teleport himself to different plains of existence and that is something that is only able to be done by the Okatsuki Clan (the clan that Kaguya and her sons belong to which is a very powerful clan). Boruto spent forever trying to explain his eye to people and no one believed him, except Mitsuki. That is until he spent time training under the one person who knows how to control dojutsu extremely well as he has two different ones and VERY advanced versions of both, his master Sasuke, who made sure to let Naruto and everyone know that yes Boruto does in fact have an extremely powerful visual prowess.
Very early on he learns how to use the Shadow Clone technique like his father and is able to produce perfect copies of himself that each think individually though when they are hit too hard do disappear but this does help him in a lot of situations from saving his friends to finding creative ways to use it in fights. He also knows how to use the Rasengan, a ball of chakra, and a technique that is only known by a select few ninja (his father, his grandfather, Kakashi, and Jiryaya), and his is different from his fathers as Sasuke first finds out that when Boruto throws it the ball disappears and turns into a massive shockwave. He should be able to combine it with wind style or even lightning style down the road similar to Naruto does. He also, unfortunately to most, knows how to use the same Sexy Jutsu his father does and is able to transform himself into a woman (either naked or in a swimsuit). The one thing, from Naruto, that no one is sure of yet is with the whiskers on his and Himawari's faces were they able to inherit even the tiniest bit of power from Kuruma, the Nine-Tailed Fox.
He learns how to use lightning style on his own but is eventually shown techniques like Chidori and Purple Lightning from Sasuke, who also shows him how to bend shuriken, produce more than 3 clones,
